Quality 1st Basement Systems is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team in Woodstown, NJ! The ideal candidate will have expertise in technical accounting and proficiency in utilizing accounting software such as Quickbooks. Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts receivable tasks

-Entering Payments and invoices received into QuickBooks

-Create Invoices and receipts

- Conduct account analysis and ensure accuracy in financial records

- Check Processing into our Inhouse Check scanner

- Handle debits and credits accurately

-Conduct Account Receivable calls, emails and mailings

- Business Administrative Tasks

-Office Supply Inventory and ordering

Requirements:

- Proficiency in technical accounting practices

- 5 Years Experience in QuickBooks- Enterprise Experience

- Some Experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable in QuickBooks

- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation procedures

- Ability to perform accurate double-entry bookkeeping

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
