Responsibilities:

• Maintain confidentiality standards, and code of ethical behavior

• Maintain various tax tracking logs

• Receive, track, and distribute mail timely for tax deadlines

• Scan SODs, tax documents, notices, etc and perform any research necessary

• Complete tax location code requests from the business units

• Assist with preparing and maintaining departmental procedures

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• MUST be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities

• Detail-orientated and meticulous accuracy

• Demonstrates good customer service skills

• Successful working in a team environment

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within strict time deadlines

• Demonstrates willingness to assume additional tax responsibilities

Preferred:

• Minimum of two years of progressive experience in general or tax accounting and concepts

• Peoplesoft payroll and tax experience

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Pay: $17-$19/hour depending on experience
