Our client in Charlottesville is looking to bring on a Case Manager to do just that!
The essential duties Include (but at not limited to):
- Work with attorney to implement, update, and report on litigation plan
- Maintain contact with clients and Veteran’s Affairs (VA) to obtain evidence
- Copy and manage documents identified in the case file as relevant to the case
- Draft standardized letters and simple pleadings
- Locate physicians to provide and prepare medical opinions
- Manage between 100 and 250 cases
Required skills:
- Customer Service
- Diligence
- Effective Communication (Written And Verbal)
- Ethics
- Technology Skills.
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 3-5 years Experience in a professional services organization developing applicable skills.
Preferred Education/Experience:
- Experience at a law firm or in a legal environment
Hours:
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm OT as needed.
Pay:
$19 DOE
