- Responsible for assisting in lead generation through sales and marketing activities which may include attending networking meetings and industry events with originator and/or real estate agents.
- Monitor, manage, optimize, and engage in activity across social media networks, social networking, email marketing, search engines and weekly podcasts.
- Administrative duties including database (CRM) maintenance, and lead generating status updates.
- Execute approved marketing strategy.
- Work with Marketing and Mortgage teams to develop, execute, and manage brand and marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Follow the established marketing procedures and policies.
- Perform market and client research.
- Create reports on marketing performance.
- Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.
- Organize and manage marketing collateral as it relates to Quaint Oak Mortgage.
- Maintain relationships and ensure we are cultivating new business with current and prospective clients.
- Additional duties as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to spot emerging trends.
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong writing and copy-editing abilities.
- High School diploma or GED certificate
- 1-3 years’ experience in marketing or equivalent education
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
- Proficiency with all social media networks, social networking, email marketing and search engines such as LinkedIn; Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn and others
- Experience with Adobe, Canva and Hubspot
- Digital photography and podcast experience a plus
- Bilingual a plus
