Job Description

The Grill Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food items on the grill in accordance with Texas Steakhouse & Saloon's recipes and standards. The Grill Cook must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items on the grill according to Texas Steakhouse & Saloon's recipes and standards
• Ensure that all food items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and are of high quality
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with food prep and other kitchen duties as needed
• Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and management

Requirements

• Prior experience as a grill cook or similar position
• Knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
