Bartender

Job Description - Texas Steakhouse & Saloon - Lumberton, NC, 28358

As a bartender at Texas Steakhouse & Saloon, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory, and handling cash and credit card transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Prior bartending experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
