Grill Cook

Job Description

The Grill Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items on the grill, ensuring that all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and is presented in an attractive manner. The Grill Cook will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, as well as ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items on the grill
• Ensure that all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature
• Present food in an attractive manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ensure that all equipment is in good working order
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with other kitchen duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Grill Cook or similar role
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
