Our company provides housing, office and retail spaces within the Odessa & Midland area. Due to our recent growth we are looking for experienced and inexperienced Maintenance Technicians who will be responsible for a variety of different skills including but not limited to grounds keeping, painting, drywall repair, water well servicing, flooring installation, plumbing and appliance repair. $14-$20 hourly depending on years of experience, knowledge and valid drivers license/transportation.

We are in need of experienced, licensed HVAC technicians. $20-$28 hourly depending on years of working experience, knowledge and valid drivers license/transportation

If you are a reliable, motivated, detail-oriented individual with a willingness to learn we would like to meet you. Our pay dates are the 5th & 20th of each month. Your pay will be determined by your knowledge and experience.

Essential Functions

• Respond to tenant work orders as required
• Making systematic checks and repairs on all appliances
• Handling all in-house repairs in regards to removing and replacing bathroom tile, painting, repairing wallboard, wall vinyl, carpentry,
• Checks lighting systems, and makes minor repairs
• Does some basic painting and finishing of furniture and structure
• Checks and makes minor repairs on general plumbing systems, and fixtures such as pipe lines, toilets and sinks
• Utilizing basic hand and power tools required for general maintenance
• Maintaining tools, work spaces and equipment
• Completing preventive maintenance checklists and other maintenance records.
• Perform other duties and handle projects as assigned by supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Respond to tenants needs promptly
• Responds in a courteous manner to guest questions, complaints and requests.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis and 24 hour call as assigned
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
