Job Summary: QSR Automations has an immediate opening for an exceptional, results-oriented individual for the role of Lead Software Development Engineer on our Entcore Team. What you will be doing: Work in an agile team to design, implement and test product features, fixes, and improvements Work with Business Analysts to ensure requirements are appropriately defined Provide technical guidance and reviews for other team members to ensure high-quality, performant, and maintainable code Work with Solution Architects to design efficient and resilient applications and services Research new tools and technologies for use within the organization Work with DevOps and the team to identify and resolve production issues Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement in technology and processes What skills & experience you’ll bring to us: Required: 7 years of development experience, including at least 2 years with C# and .NET Proven success as a technical team leader Experience with microservice architecture (any language is acceptable, prefer C# targeting .NET Core) OR experience migrating from monolithic applications to smaller services and microservices Experience developing/maintaining applications deployed with Docker/Kubernetes Experience with cloud-based web applications or web services (any cloud provider is acceptable, prefer AWS) Well-versed with multiple unit testing frameworks Comfortable supporting and maintaining existing applications, in addition to doing new development Able to guide problem-solving and troubleshooting efforts Desired: Experience with CI/CD Familiarity with one or more JavaScript frameworks such as Vue, Durandal, Angular or React Experience with distributed message queuing What the role is: Full-time, salaried position Regular M-F business hours Based out of our Louisville, Kentucky headquarters, hybrid if within proximity to Louisville officeMinimal travel required annually for Company On-sites and meetings What we offer: Competitive salary based on qualifications Performance based incentives Competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision and more! 401(k) with company match Company-paid short-term disability and group life insurance Casual work environment Dog friendly environment Great company culture We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits and programs that help our employees thrive in both their professional and personal lives.
