The Sales Coordinator is responsible for performing operational, administrative and customer service-related tasks, ensuring that office operations run smoothly, and is successful in supporting other business activities. This role interacts with our clients and works across functions, collaborating with the Sales and Operations teams, and other members of the organization as required. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Provide operational and administrative support to Sales teams
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office 
  • Provide excellent customer service, internally and externally
  • Send correspondence from Sales department, and other departments as necessary
  • Assist in compiling and preparing proposals for client presentation
  • Work with insurance brokers agents to request Certificates of Insurance and other relevant documentation
  • Assist the Marketing department with campaigns
  • Manage trade show and conference duties, to include scheduling, ordering marketing materials, shipment of equipment, etc.
  • Record actions from executive sales meeting and track progress of deliverables
  • Assist in the creation of small-value quotes
  • Assist in coordination of company events
  • Assist with basic People and Culture administrative functions
  • Some travel may be required for training, occasional sales meetings and trade events

Required Education and Experience

  • Proven experience as Sales Coordinator or in a similar role 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task 
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism and a customer-centric personality
  • Associate’s/College degree preferred

To succeed in this role, the Sales Coordinator should be a flexible team player, who is

able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking effectively and prioritizing various tasks and requests. Effective and professional written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues is essential. The Sales Coordinator should be proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to work effectively independently to complete assigned tasks.

Location

The position is based out of our Duluth, GA office, with the ability to work in a hybrid model according to the needs of the business.

Reporting

The Sales Coordinator reports to the VP of Sales, Americas.
