QLM (QUALITY LABOR MANAGEMENT)-Jacksonville is currently looking for safety-oriented and hard-working individuals to operate heavy equipment on construction sites throughout Northeast Florida. Projects are Monday-Friday. Pay is negotiable, depending on skillset and experience. • Ability to operate different types of heavy equipment such as backhoe, dozer, skid steer, roller, etc.
• An ability to read a lenker rod is important
• Ability to perform any job duties related to operating equipment to ensure safety on the job and the productivity of the team
• Understand jobsite safety

• Must have a work-safe and positive attitude
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have steel toed boots
• Pass a background check and meet QLM background and drug-free standards
