If so, you would be an excellent fit for HB NEXT!HB NEXT (www.hbnext.com) is looking for a full-time, leader, with experience in equipment operation. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will take the initiative, has a strong work ethic, can work independently, and has sound judgement.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with a positive attitude and be able to communicate well with customers and coworkers.
The ideal candidate is prompt and reliable, has superior support skills, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication. He/she will have a proven track record of client satisfaction and is motivated to provide superior service.
Responsibilities:
- Valid and Clean driver license - No accidents or DUIs within the last 3 years
- Ability to perform equipment inspection and basic maintenance
- Be able to move at a consistent, safe and fast pace while ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment
- Effectively communicate with managers with little or no supervision
- Maintain proper coordination and cooperation with customs and coworkers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Equipment operator experience - Bobcat, Loader, Excavator, Trencher, etc.
- Ability to load trucks and material
- Working knowledge of equipment safety procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent manager
- Ability to lift to 55 pounds
- Comfortable working outside and working with your hands
- Comfortable working M-F starting @ 6am
- Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Knowledgeable about all safety requirements
