Position Overview

We are recruiting for a PMO Customer Support Specialist to support an office that provides best-in-class Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) technology services and applications. The program is leading the charge for the OSINT mission supporting collection, tradecraft and technology. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to a Data Sharing platform that is the first tool to use large language model (LLM) and generative AI in its collection analysis
  • Prepare SOPs, quick reference guides, FAQs and various other supporting documents for both internal and external stakeholders .
  • Support coordination among disparate projects and government teams to drive quality outcomes and facilitate technical progress toward the strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Experience with AGILE methodologies to work with project team Scrum Masters to track customer support tickets.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working Tier 1 and Tier 2 Tickets
  • Experience managing highly visible projects to include providing recommendations and execution and execution for the following areas: streamlining and simplifying business processes, , benchmarking and program metrics, data management, and assistance with business reporting and analytics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to elicit cooperation and support from others and to interact tactfully and effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and other Agency employees.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills sufficient for responses to senior leaders and personnel
  • Ability to interact with people who have different values, cultures, or backgrounds, as well as customers, employees, and managers at all levels.
  • Active TS/SCI with poly required # qinetiqclearedjob

  • Bachelor’s degree
