Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various mechanical and electrical equipment. Your expertise will ensure the efficient operation of our machinery and equipment. Responsibilities: - Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues - Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating machinery and adjusting belts - Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements - Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory levels - Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Requirements: - Proven experience as a Repair Technician or similar role - Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair various types of equipment - Proficiency in industrial electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques - Experience with stick welding and hydraulics is preferred - Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and customers - Technical sales experience is beneficial but not required - Must have low voltage knowledge We offer competitive pay based on experience.
