• Lead candidate exp with Test Strategy, Test Planning, Documentation, Risk Management
• Automation - Strong Selenium background with Java skills
• Designs, develops, maintain/modify, and troubleshoots selenium automated suites.
• Reproduces, debugs, and isolates problems and verifies fixes.
• Must have experience in developing Selenium Automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Selenium based tools such as Cucumber, Cypress
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of RPA solutions by implementing rigorous testing practices and adherence to industry standards.
• Work Schedule: The RPA Test Lead will be expected to work in-office three days per week.

Nice to Have

• Robotics Process Automation project experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g., Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere) Preferred exp. in Microsoft Power Automate
• Strong Knowledge with Jira XRAY or Zephyr
• Understanding of the latest trends, standards, and developments
• Strong experience with different SDLC methodologies
