The Opportunity

Accountable for developing and driving a NA QBE multi-year leadership development strategy that is aligned with our People team and organizational strategic priorities.

Primary Responsibilities
* Be responsible and accountable for the leadership development strategy across our business, delivering learning experiences that help deliver our strategic priorities.*Oversee delivery of leadership development learning experiences and digital learning content for all levels of leadership.*Design and deliver our leadership development content, aligned to our leadership attributes.*Manage the local delivery of global initiatives in North America*Analyze workforce data to gain insights to inform and influence decision making.*Combine technical expertise, strategic planning and a learner centric approach to delivering high impact leadership experiences.*Coordinate cross functionally to ensure that we provide our leaders with clarity and a shared understanding of their role and the expectations of a people leader.*Engaging in strong diagnosis of business needs to better tailor programming that delivers measurable business impact.*Facilitate alignment between multiple projects running simultaneously, identify dependencies, change management requirements, and prioritize accordingly.*Lead and manage the Talent Experience leadership team *Develop reports for senior leader audiences*Generate a culture of success and collaboration with similar roles in other Divisions of QBE and across the People function*Gain a broad understanding of QBE as a business, the strategy and associated key competencies required to deliver the strategyRequired Education
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experienceRequired Experience
* 10 years relevant experienceRequired Licenses/Certifications

Compensation

Base pay offered will vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location and business needs

Annual Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000

Annual Salary Range: $110,000 - $165,000

CA (Remote, Fresno, Irvine and Woodland), Greenwood Village CO, CT, Chicago IL, MA, MD, NY (Remote), RI, Houston TX and WA

Annual Salary Range: $125,000 - $187,000

San Francisco CA, NJ and New York City NY
