Overview

Pyramid is looking for a detail-oriented high-performing Scrum Master/Business Analyst that can work in a fast-pace multi-team agile environment. Responsibilities including gathering, reviewing, analyzing, and translating business requirements and functions into well-organized designs and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering and negotiate specific scope items to ensure delivery meets the needs of all stakeholders
• Understand and create technical documentation around user processes, problems, and needs
• Work with technical teams to develop solutions for the identified business requirements
• Work as a cross-functional team member that can support other functions such as UI/UX and testing activities
• Create mock-ups and prototypes for proposed solution

Qualifications

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to act in a scrum master role and communicate well within cross-functional teams and to be the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Financial regulatory decision-based analysis experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong collaborator able to contribute to a variety of tasks
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills to building relationships with users, customers and suppliers
• Experience with Jira and/or other application lifecycle management tool

Qualifications:

• US Citizenship Required**
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years overall experience (1 year as the primary scrum master)
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certified
• Familiarity with SAFe
