Under a passionate leadership team and committed support staff we assist our clients in reclaiming freedom.We have recently expanded our facility in the Hellam/Wrightsville area from 30 to 100 beds and are seeking a Dietary Aide who is looking to join a brand-new team of kitchen co-workers in a brand-new beautiful kitchen with brand-new beautiful equipment. This is a rare opportunity to build something with other like-minded culinary individuals from the ground up. Tired of the late nights? The shift is either 6a-2p or 11a-7p. Full benefits after 60 days, paid vacation days, PTO and a company 401K. What are you waiting for?
Hourly Rate: $13-15/hour
Shifts Available:
- 6am-2pm
- 11am-7pm
- one schedule of (3) 11am-7pm shifts and (2) 6am-2pm shifts
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.
- Prepare gluten free, organic, vegan, and specialty meals as scheduled
- Understanding/monitoring temperatures on all equipment
- Maintain an organized and clean (sanitized) kitchen in compliance with all health codes
- Be able to manage portion control.
- Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities
- Other duties as described.
Experience/Education:
- Prior dietary experience or training
