Top Ranked National General Contractor actively seeking a Lead Superintendent to lead their Ground Up projects through completion. The Lead Superintendent will have the opportunity to work on site for projects locally, regionally, or nationally. GSA per diem offered for traveling roles.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Lead Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Full Ground Up New Construction and Finish Outs of tilt wall, light industrial, cold storage, warehouse, manufacturing, food & beverage, life science, and other related project types which includes, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage owners, vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout project.
Select Responsibilities:
- Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Manage subcontractor performance relationships.
- Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.
- Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.
- Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program.
- Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award winning Company safety program.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of Lead Superintendent experience required with Full Ground Up New Construction and Finish Outs of Commercial, Light Industrial, Life Science, or Retail projects.
- Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion
