Pay Range: $100 - $115/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Note-Remote - Must: be within a 2-hour driving distance from Boston, MA.
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and risk assessments.
• Effectively manage project execution, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project milestones and budgets.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners.
• Proactively communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders, fostering collaboration and support.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential project risks, such as technical challenges, resource constraints, or external dependencies.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure project success.
• Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition for employees and stakeholders during the build-up and operational transformation.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 2 5 Years of experience in Project- or Program management.
• Process driven, structured.
• Prefers excel over PowerPoint.
• Project or program manager certification, like PMP.
• Nice to have: Medical device, medical technology, or high-tech industry experience within a manufacturing context.
