Pynguin Property Management is seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager with a passion for business development and sales to join our team in Orlando and Central Florida. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including but not limited to leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations.
• Actively seek out new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our property management portfolio.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract and retain tenants.
• Conduct property tours and negotiate lease agreements.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to property management activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants, property owners, and vendors.

Requirements:

• College degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, business development, and/or sales.
• Florida Real Estate License required, or willingness to obtain within the first three months of employment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
