We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator at our restaurant, bar, and putt putt location.

Position Available:
· Office Coordinator: Are you highly organized and skilled at multitasking? Join our team as an Office Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative tasks. Responsibilities include managing reservations, handling incoming calls and emails, coordinating schedules, and providing general administrative support to various departments.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
· Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
· Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
