We have created an all-new, state-of-the-art miniature golf concept for all ages! we offer a unique blend of dining, entertainment, and leisure activities. Our establishment is highly rated on Google with outstanding reviews, reflecting our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and putt putt facility.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control measures.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly.Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and costcontrol.
• Understanding of family fun operations or willingness to learn.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Serve-Safe and Pour permit or the ability to obtain one, required.Benefits:
