JobResponsibilities :

Answerinbound calls and make warm outbound calls (no cold calling!) in afastpaced call centerenvironment.

Communicatewith service techs in the field to ensure efficientscheduling

Maintaincustomer information within companysoftware

All otherduties asnecessary
