As a Receptionist at PKS, you will be responsible for assisting all internal and external stakeholders with additional responsibility with inventory management.Welcome visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately.

Schedule: 9am-3pm Monday through Friday

What you can expect in a Receptionist role at PKS

• You will welcome visitors by greeting them appropriately
• You will direct incoming phone calls on a multi-line phone system
• You will receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
• You will assist in preparing and mailing various forms of correspondence
• You will purchase supplies and keep proper inventory
• You will work with outside vendors
• You will operate standard office equipment
• You will assist in arranging company luncheons and team-building activities
• You will maintain reception and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner
• You will work closely with the receptionist and collaborate with others

Qualifications for Success:

• Microsoft Office 365
• Associate degree and/or relative experience
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Team player who can work collaboratively
• Strong phone skills - multi-line phone skills a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to bend, sit and stand for periods of time
• Ability to lift, carry and move 20 lbs
