Job Position Description:
With a ‘One Team’ mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping the General/Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate. Our Production Managers take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.

- Collaborate with subcontractors, plumbers and adjusters to ensure project success
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to safety standards
- Ensure compliance with the proper IICRC guidelines
```Experience```
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the restoration and mitigation industry
- Proficient in using mitigation software such as Dash, Mica, Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Claims Connect, and Encircle.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and techniques
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
