We are seeking a *Commercial*-Focused, *Business Developer*: *B2B, Sales Professional* who has demonstrated success in prospecting and developing new business. *Property Manager BOB is highly desired!*
You are a highly skilled, and successful _hunter_ who has developed relationships with decision makers. You possess an energetic and engaging personality, and are self-motivated, and very comfortable meeting new people! *ABOUT THE POSITION:*
Your primary focus will be selling our full-service (Mitigation and Reconstruction) insurance restoration services (Fire, Water, Wind, Mold, and Contents) to Property Managers, Assisted Living Facilities, Schools, Universities and other Commercial End-Users on a National scale.
*COMPENSATION:*
· This position offers a base salary and commission structure.

Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) five or more years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Book of Business with *Property Managers (highly desired)*, Assisted Living Communities, Universities, Schools
· Track record of commercial outside sales.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
· Meet or exceed sales quota by implementing the sales cycle, setting up face-to-face meetings and participating in professional associations
· Build customer relationships and rapport by discussing the benefits of emergency event preparation
· Encourage referrals to Increase sales territory revenue
· Maintain up to date, detailed records for all prospects and customers
· Monitor customer satisfaction by reviewing customer satisfaction forms, conducting follow-up phone calls, and doing follow-up visits
