PURIS is experiencing aggressive growth through integration of the businesses and recognizes a need to continuously strengthen and standardize its operational capabilities to meet increased demand and increase customer satisfaction. We are looking for a Quality/Engineering Manager to lead our Project Management and Operations Teams in optimizing and executing our Quality Management System (QMS) for customer excellence.
PURIS’ QMS is critical to the success of our company and the Quality team is responsible for QMS management. This includes the consolidation of Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) Metrics, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and assuring adherence to the ISO 9001 standard along with any applicable regulatory requirements. These key functions are in addition to supporting our Project Management and Operations teams through the manufacturing and installation processes in the field along with continuous improvement activities.
Job Summary Description:
The Quality/Engineering Manager will be responsible for supporting the QMS through the consolidation and communication of critical metrics such as COPQ along with any root cause analysis date. Core functions also include coordinating with the Leadership team in standardized SOP/standard work development, process mapping of current and future states, creating visual management boards that are based upon lean manufacturing principles. Another key function is to facilitate corrective actions when applicable and support the region on customer quality issues.

We are accepting applications from individuals with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree program in engineering and/or equivalent experience. A professional Engineering designation is preferred.
