Responsibilities:

Sales and Lead Management:

• Proactively check Leads throughout shift.
• Respond promptly to leads, providing information and scheduling appointments.
• Utilize sales techniques to convert leads into booked appointments.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with current patients, promoting additional services and products.
• Participate in vendor-specific training to stay updated on treatments and products.
• Log all lead and patient interactions accurately in the system.

Appointment Handling:

• Review and confirm daily appointments, ensuring a seamless scheduling process.
• Remind patients of upcoming appointments when necessary.
• Notate patient accounts.

Daily Operations:

• Regularly monitor leads and email, responding promptly to inquiries.
• Greet and check-in patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Maintain cleanliness at the front desk and waiting area.
• Stock and restock supplies in treatment rooms and at the front desk.
• Collect and organize receipts from transactions.
• Assist patients with inquiries, concerns, or scheduling requests upon check out.
• Accurately document leads, appointments, and transactions in the system through account notations.
• Assist Spa Manager as needed.

Financial Transactions:

• Process patient payments, actively promoting additional services and products.
• Process Vendor rewards such as Alle.
• Process payments through Care Credit.
• Provide receipts for all transactions.

Record Management:

• Ensure patient records are up-to-date and organized.

End of Shift Duties:

• Calculate and record total revenue and the number of patients served.
• Empty trash cans and ensure treatment rooms are stocked and clean.
• Securely store cash and receipts in the designated area.
• Lock all doors and windows, set the security alarm if required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the spa, beauty, or wellness industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open to continued education.
• Proficient in using scheduling and email systems.
• Willingness to participate in vendor-specific training and study material during down time.
• Self-starter.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
