We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner OR a PA to diagnose and treat health conditions, as well as promote good health practices for home visits. Patients are seen in their private homes, skilled nursing facilities as well as in Assisted Living Facilities. We currently see patients in Orlando and the surrounding counties such as. Candidates will be reimbursed for mileage. The applicant must be a Licensed/Certified Nurse practitioner, with some experience working as a Provider, diagnosing, and treating patients. The applicant should have also written orders and prescriptions.

The job description of a nurse practitioner includes conducting physical examinations, interpreting lab tests, and overseeing patients’ health. You’ll be both a health practitioner and an educator, supporting disease prevention practices and helping people lead healthy lives.

Experience in one of the following Nurse Practitioner specialties: chronic care, acute care, cardiology, family health, women’s health, or psychiatry. Extensive clinical experience in primary care is vital.

Job Types: PER DIEM/ON CALL Salary: $60-70 per patient visit.
