EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a food production facility, fast paced restaurant etc.
- Local / municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Adaptable / flexible enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
- Detail-oriented would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture
