Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Cashier/Salesperson. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

Duties:

- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with customers
- Scan goods and collect payments
- Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Assist customers in locating products
- Promote sales by offering additional products or services
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in retail math and cash handling
- Experience with POS systems and electronic sales tools
- Strong background in retail or jewelry sales preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.20 - $15.97 per hour
