Job Title: Sales Analyst
Location: Minneapolis, MN
We are seeking a results driven and customer-obsessed Sales Analyst to join our team. In this role, your insights and expertise will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and maximizing sales performance to drive incremental market share and elevate our brands as a category thought leader. You will work closely with our Sales Leadership and our Vendors to provide insights and recommendations that positively affect the business.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive collaboration and support with our vendor partners and work cross functionally to support growing their business with us
  • Conduct weekly sales reporting from retailer POS systems to provide insights into sales performance
  • Partner with Sales Team to provide analysis with insights and recommendations to positively affect the business
  • Conduct product and vendor analysis to identify opportunities for growth
  • Leverage Circana and POS data to deliver comprehensive quarterly PSi and Market analysis to evaluate comparative performance of our brands
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and support requests as needed
  • Lead the product pitch lifecycle to evaluate commercial opportunities from our brands
  • process and work cross-functionally to complete all requirements for the forecast cycle
  • Identify and analyze weekly POS performance and trends to identify risks and opportunities
  • Develop strong rapport with vendor partners to support current and future business needs
  • Support inquiries on business outlook, review, and special requests
  • Support annual operating plan activities
  • Prepare reporting for Finance to support net revenue management
  • Plan, document, and recap all promotional and marketing program performance
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, emphasizing a strong business background
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in insights, sales, or business
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales analysis
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate creativity, innovation, and initiative
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with NPD/Circana and POS data analysis tools
