Job DescriptionEpsilon is seeking a Senior Data Analyst who will be responsible for applying and interpreting various statistical and data analysis techniques in support of a variety of analytic solutions.Responsibilities:Analyze and interpret complex datasets using Python/SQL and other analytical toolsDevelop and maintain data hygiene processes to ensure data quality and results accuracyDeliver results and insights using different data sourcesUtilize Python/SQL to automate recurring projects as well as Ad Hoc request Appropriately account for the timeliness and quality of all assignmentsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to manage data logistics - including data transfers, understanding data structures, business rules, etc. - to enable project executionSupport the development of reports by providing requisite content Participate in presentation of reports to key internal stakeholders, effectively communicating the steps taken to create the outputManage multiple projects concurrently Monitor project progress relative to timeline and scope.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics) or significant relevant coursework1 – 3 years’ professional experience with data mining, segmentation, and/or predictive modeling using large, marketing databasesDemonstrated proficiency in Python/SQL programming; minimum 2 yearsWorking knowledge of MS Office; including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and OutlookStrong analytic thought process and ability to interpret findingsAbility to work on multiple assignments concurrentlyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly motivated and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skillsAcute attention to detail (QA/QC)Effective organization and time management skillsProfessional judgmentDesirable Qualifications: Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or other quantitative disciplineDatabase marketing experience/knowledgeAdditional InformationAbout EpsilonEpsilon is a global advertising and marketing technology company positioned at the center of Publicis Groupe.
