Publicis Digital Experience brands include Razorfish, Digitas, Arc Worldwide, Saatchi Saatchi X, Plowshare, 3Share, and the Publicis Commerce Exchange.Job DescriptionThe Sr. Analyst, Data Intelligence is responsible for reporting and analyzing CRM marketing performance marketing analytic strategies and partnering with larger Analytics team to present, sell, and deliver results, strategic recommendations to assigned clients. The Sr. Analyst works across the Strategy, Analytics teams to translate business questions into analytics, measurement requirements that define deep dives and adhoc investigation. The Sr. Analyst also works closely with data engineering to define measurement/dashboard specifications for implementation.What You'll Do:Define measurement strategies for clients, inclusive of timely and comprehensive reporting and dashboards with an objective to evaluate marketing performance, drive valuable insights, and provide recommendations for marketing optimization.Manage projects that primarily focus on the impact and/or ROI (return on investment) of marketing activities (including but not limited to online and offline CRM direct marketing, cross-channel campaigns, digital advertising, promotional activities)Subject matter expert for analytical tools and techniques, including advanced SQL and analytics software packages.Experience with Google Big Query a plusDelivery and integration of conclusions/recommendations and actionable insightsAs required, perform hands-on data investigations, including client-facing articulation of conclusions, implications, and recommended steps.Identify research and analytics initiatives to support strategy developmentCreate business cases for successful analytics initiativesPresent to clients and prospective clients on results of current projects as well as new business opportunitiesQualifications4 years of marketing analytics experience with agency experience a plus.Intellectual Curiosity: Demonstrated ability to seek and explore new ideas, trends, and industry developments to enhance CRM strategies.Proactive Nature: Proven track record of taking initiative and anticipating CRM needs, ensuring proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.Ideation Skills: Creative thinking and ideation capabilities to generate innovative CRM strategies and solutions for business enhancement.Technical Competence: Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, Tableau for data visualization, and analytics tools to derive actionable insights.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex CRM findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Analytical Abilities: Advanced analytical skills to interpret CRM data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for optimizing customer interactions.Additional InformationAdditional informationThe Power of One starts with our people!
