Description:The Emory School of Medicine is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Education Data Systems Analyst to join a group dedicated to providing outstanding medical education to students in six degree programs. The medical education faculty and staff are committed to transforming medical curricula to meet the needs of the 21st century care-giver. Data retrieval and management are a core requirement for affording this transformation. This role is pivotal in our efforts to integrate, analyze, and leverage data from multiple sources to inform educational quality improvements, ensure accreditation compliance, and drive innovation.
The Sr. Data Analyst position is a part of the SOMITS - Curricular Support team and will be embedded in the Office of Education Transformation and Innovation. The position has a dual reporting role to the Sr. Executive Leader for Education and Transformation and SOMITS-CS.
A successful candidate will serve as a knowledge translator who can work with internal and external vendors to synthesize different types of academic data from multiple sources into high-level reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for education leadership.

NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs. ?Schedule is based on agreed upon guidelines of department.
