This role plays an integral part in supporting creative development and integrated productions, including broadcast, print, experiential and digital projects. You will collaborate across various teams, including production, social media, and finance, to ensure a seamless production process and final delivery of assets. This person is a team player with a creative mind, an ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment and an understanding of the production process from conception and bidding to final delivery. RESPONSIBILITIESCreative & Production:Partner with BA leads and Legal on creative deck reviews, identifying third party rights and clearance needs, and preliminary trademark searches.Provide teams with standard production agreements and releases, while partnering with Legal on any contract challenges.Manage stock, music approved vendor lists and licensing requests, obtaining vendor quotes and payment processing.Set up new vendors, generate purchase orders, process invoices, and track payments throughout the production process.Work with insurance and risk management to evaluate production and contract challenges.Partner with Finance and Production to finalize client estimates and caveats prior to bid submission.Create project-specific bids and collect purchase orders for sister agency partnerships. Manage Film Tax Incentive coordination for production teams.Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Manager. Talent, Music, and LicensingEstimate talent session and usage fees, and all other talent/music related costs of production and usage.Draft and negotiate various third-party agreements, including music, footage and images, artwork and recognizable structures, apps, and other third-party rights.Work across unique workstreams, including UGC, content creator and influencer projects that encompass creative review, talent estimating and vendor contracting.Assist with the SAG-AFTRA and AFM (if applicable) agreements, including waivers, interpretations, regulations and best practices.Qualifications3-6 years' experience in advertising or entertainment/media business affairs.SAG experience preferred but not required.Experience with contract negotiations with clients and third parties.Strong oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects at once.Possess characteristics of curiosity, resourcefulness, passion, initiative, and creativity. QualificationsQualifications3-6 years' experience in advertising or entertainment/media business affairs.SAG experience preferred but not required.Experience with contract negotiations with clients and third parties.Strong oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects at once.Possess characteristics of curiosity, resourcefulness, passion, initiative, and creativity.
