SUMMARY The California Institute for Behavioral Health Solutions (CIBHS) is a behavioral health consultancy for systems, organizations, and providers who desire to improve outcomes for people with mental health and substance use challenges.
We do this through clinical practice and policy implementation, behavioral health training, evaluation, and customized solutions.
CIBHS is a sponsored program of Heluna Health. Employment is provided by Heluna Health. The Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist functions as administrative and technical support to the day-to-day learning operations, outreach and engagement functions of the CIBHS.
The L&D Specialist is responsible for providing direct support to professional development, learning and development, technical assistance, and communications functions related to programs and services.
The L&D Specialist supports the administrative and logistical design or implementation of curriculum, completes needed forms for purchase or reimbursement of needed supplies for trainings, supports the administrative details related to contracting of needed presenters / contractors, creates and analyzes data related to measuring satisfaction and impact of training, provide data for reports as needed to stakeholders and funders, and support the information, resources and referral functions supporting the grantee and stakeholder education.
The hourly range for this position is $31.25 per hour to $36.06 per hour depending on experience / qualifications. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
