JOB SUMMARY:
The Network Engineer (NE) is responsible for supporting network infrastructures utilized by PTP's managed services clients. The NE will be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining client infrastructures to ensure performance, reliability, and security. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of network architectures, routing protocols, and switching technologies. This role requires strong technical expertise in Cisco and Palo Alto technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
