This role will contribute to PT Solution’s success by owning the process to calculate, track, and ensure accuracy of private clinic net revenue. This position will scale the process of net revenue calculations with growth and provide Finance, Accounting, and Revenue Cycle with appropriate numbers at each month end close.

Essential Functions:

• Tracking of all payer plans for all CPT codes across the practice for use in net revenue calculations
• Leading effort each year to update rates as necessary and staying current on all rate changes (working directly with managed care)
• Maintaining net revenue calculation files and updating them with rates as necessary
• Performing monthly EOB audits to ensure consistent accuracy of rates within the net revenue calculations
• Identifying errors in net revenue or highlighting key variances from expected
• Organize, combine, and extract reports using PowerBI to enable more rapid data analysis.
• Providing revenue cycle teams with tangible action items for improving collections based on variances from actual cash to booked net revenue (contract related)
• Creates and provides regular updates to reports which help identify and correct issues that are negatively impacting revenue
• Write formulas to reduce human error and ensure proper calculation of net revenue with frequent checks and adjustments to capture all the nuances of healthcare contracts.
• Review expected versus collected to guarantee correct booking and reimbursement
• Post acquisition conducting initial 30 day audit on TOP 80% of payers to ensure they match original booked numbers; alerting finance and operation if any variances exist and reasons
• Highlighting any 60 day booking challenges to revenue cycle and finance teams post acquistion of a target as necessary that may explain performance changes.
• Conducting ad hoc revenue analysis based on payer mix, contract rate changes, or other booking adjustments using Microsoft Office products
• Other duties as assigned.
