About being our Civil Engineer Intern

We have an exciting opportunity this summer for a Civil Engineer Internship in our Seattle office! Our engineering group is currently involved in several municipal projects, and. As an integrated design firm, Psomas offers a unique opportunity for our engineers to work with other disciplines on various endeavors, with a focus on transportation and roadway projects.

Psomas has an excellent reputation with our clients in providing creative, cost-effective solutions. We offer an exciting opportunity to support projects and contribute to larger interdisciplinary project assignments.

Responsibility Highlights for our Civil Engineer Intern

• Assist engineers with the planning and design support for projects.
• Drafting and plan production using AutoCAD™ Civil 3D.
• Assist with preparation of planning documents, engineering reports, quantity takeoffs, and estimates for projects.
• Site inspection, site visits, and investigation.

Minimum Qualifications to be our Civil Engineer Intern

• Current university student or recent graduate, majoring in Civil Engineer
• Experience with latest versions of AutoCAD™ Civil 3D, MS Word, and Excel
