As an Associate Legal Counsel you will work closely with PSI’s global legal team as well as with local and international project teams to determine appropriate terms and conditions of contracts and to provide legal advice and support.Office based position. Location: Tbilisi. Your role will include:Review, draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documents relating to clinical research.Adapt company contract templates to the requirements of clients, hospitals, investigators, medical specialists and vendors.Prepare, drafts and reviews corporate documents.Provides advice and support on compliance with clinical research legislation, company law, employment law, data protection and other legislation.Drafts, reviews, and updates PSI policies, procedures and instructions relating to legal matters and supports their implementation.Supports compliance with PSI policies, procedures, and instructions relating to legal matters.Provides training to other PSI departments.Researches, and analyses various legal matters.QualificationsQualificationsLaw degree, with sound knowledge of contract and corporate lawMinimum of 5 years of experience in an international commercial legal practice (law firm or in-house position), ideally with exposure to the pharmaceutical or IT sectorGood knowledge of commercial, corporate and contract law, as well as other relevant legislation (e.g. data protection, labor law)Good legal contract drafting skillGood communication and negotiations skillsGood organizational skillsAbility to work accurately with strong attention to detailAbility to work independently but also within a teamProficiency in English, oral and writtenProficiency in MS Word, intermediate proficiency in other standard MS Office applications; proficient user of in-house applicationsAdditional InformationIf you feel it is time to make your skills and knowledge visible within a growing company with true focus on its people, then this is the right choice for you.
