Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud experience to join our Overland Park, Kansas team and contribute to the success of our growing company in the continuing education, certification, and job training industry. As Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at Pryor Learning. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance; the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.

The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact within change management and governance.

Responsibilities:

· Improvement:

o Facilitate SFDC project meetings and well as operates as a liaison with organizational stakeholders and coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests, translating business needs into functional requirements.

o Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.

o Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.

o Collaborate with the IT team on Salesforce API integrations.

· Coordinate:

o Manage tactical execution in a role connecting business operations, technology solutions and the end-user experience.

o Work with third party vendors and support teams to ensure system operation integrity.

o Provides technical support on set up & Implementation of new customer and services engagements. Coordinates and executes user acceptance testing.

o Create a platform roadmap and define priorities.

o Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.

· Support:

o Manage day-to-day Salesforce administrative tasks for our medium-sized company.

o User and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.

o Identify unused or underutilized platform features.

o Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.

o Monitor and improve user adoption. Organizing new user and ongoing user training.

o Sandbox environment management

o User support tickets. Provides timely communication and escalation issues and works resolutions.

o Works independently; receives minimal guidance.

Qualifications:

· A proactive communicator who is thoughtful of areas where communication gaps may exist.

· Salesforce Administrator certification required.

· Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification required.

· Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

· Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant job experience with Salesforce.

· Experience with Salesforce API integrations.

· Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.

· Passionate about advocating for optimized processes across business and IT, consistently striving to achieve the best end-user and customer experiences.

· Ability to liaison with stakeholders of all levels, available and responsive to questions.

· Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes and solutions including the ability to build custom apps, fields and objects, lightning page layouts, sharing rules, approval processes, automations, custom settings and other content of intermediate complexity.

· Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.

· In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Ecommerce Cloud combined eco-system is desired.

· Familiarity with market research methodologies and competitive analysis.

· Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering actionable insights.

· Experience in the education and/or corporate training industries a plus.

· Professional presence, collaborative attitude, flexibility, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
