What you will do:

o Work in a growing, fast-paced company consulting with business professionals to recommend a strategic training solution to address business problems.

o Use outbound marketing techniques of 50 calls and emails to existing customers and leads a day to generate interest in eLearning.

o Conduct in-depth needs analysis to consult with clients and recommend solutions.

o Assist customers with solving business issues through training solutions.

o Establish and maintain quality relationships with clients.

o Apply coaching techniques to improve quality of each conversation.

o Must be able to work hybrid schedule; some work is completed in the Mission office and some work is remote in a dedicated home office.

Compensation:

· This position earns a base salary of $30,000 with uncapped commission. After training period, first year total compensation ranges from $40,000-$60,000 annually.
