Description

Providence Health Plan is calling a Project Coordinator who will:

  • Deliver and support projects timely, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction from initiation to completion

  • Be accountable for identifying and obtaining resources needed

  • Complete assigned projects and tasks within constraints of scope, time, budget, and quality with minimal supervision

  • Support Project and Program Managers with project assignments, priorities, action items, progress tracking, schedule monitoring, and risk and issue planning and escalations

  • Demonstrate effective interactions, positive interpersonal abilities, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams

  • Be proactive and detail-oriented

  • Have a passion for coordinating projects

Providence welcomes remote work for residents who reside within a commutable distance (25-30 miles) of our office locations listed below:

  • Washington: Vancouver

  • Oregon: Portland, Beaverton and Gresham

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Associate's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience

  • 3 years project coordination/administrative assistant experience

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience

  • 3 years healthcare organization experience

  • 3 years project coordinator experience

  • 2 years' experience building relationships with customers, executive management, and project stakeholders

  • 2 years' experience identifying and resolving problems while retaining strong and effective working relationships

  • 1 years of working knowledge of desktop software applications (e.g., MS Project)

  • 2 years' experience composing project documentation (Ex. Meeting notes, Risk and Issue Logs)

  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize responsibilities and to organize workload to ensure that timeframes are met and work is successfully completed within deadlines
