Providence Health Plan is calling a Project Coordinator who will:
Deliver and support projects timely, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction from initiation to completion
Be accountable for identifying and obtaining resources needed
Complete assigned projects and tasks within constraints of scope, time, budget, and quality with minimal supervision
Support Project and Program Managers with project assignments, priorities, action items, progress tracking, schedule monitoring, and risk and issue planning and escalations
Demonstrate effective interactions, positive interpersonal abilities, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
Be proactive and detail-oriented
Have a passion for coordinating projects

Providence welcomes remote work for residents who reside within a commutable distance (25-30 miles) of our office locations listed below:
Washington: Vancouver
Oregon: Portland, Beaverton and Gresham
Required qualifications for this position include:
Associate's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
3 years project coordination/administrative assistant experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
3 years healthcare organization experience
3 years project coordinator experience
2 years' experience building relationships with customers, executive management, and project stakeholders
2 years' experience identifying and resolving problems while retaining strong and effective working relationships
1 years of working knowledge of desktop software applications (e.g., MS Project)
2 years' experience composing project documentation (Ex. Meeting notes, Risk and Issue Logs)
Demonstrate ability to prioritize responsibilities and to organize workload to ensure that timeframes are met and work is successfully completed within deadlines
