Description Environmental Services Supervisor - Ballard (Full-Time / Evenings) This position supervises a multidisciplinary team that maintains the physical environment of the hospital at the highest level of cleanliness, both from an appearance and infection control standpoint. Responsible for overseeing and developing the Environmental Services staff that functions in ancillary, inpatient, outpatient, clinic, and office areas. Supervises workers, coaches for improvement, reviews performance and assesses competency to ensure compliance with safety, infection control and regulatory standards. Interviews applicants, orients and schedules new hire training. Conducts continuing education sessions inclusive of written competency assessments. Writes and delivers performance evaluations.
