Providence Health is Hiring a Clinical Program Manager Near Petaluma, CA

Description

Provides professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients in an acute care environment. Accountable for the delivery of coordinated, safe, compassionate, therapeutic, evidence-based quality care to patients and families.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare related or 4 additional years of related experience.
  • 2 years recent experience in acute care hospital setting; 3 years preferred.
  • 5 years experience in a healthcare related field.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Healthcare related
  • Additional certifications may be required based on assigned work area(s)
  • Management experience and/or experience with risk and the implementation of HPI and cause analysis.
  • Experience in healthcare quality, accreditation, and/or patient safety.
