Senior Patient Care Coordinator - Patient Access for Swedish Medical Group (1 FTE, Days) in Seattle, WA.

Applicants that meet qualifications will receive a text with some additional questions from our Modern Hire system.

This position is responsible for the overall coordination of seamless care for patients in a surgical and/or non-surgical setting. They will serve as a mentor and resource to Patient Care Coordinators by providing support, guidance and training as needed.

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in healthcare setting with increased responsibilities or 1 year experience in Patient Care Coordinator type role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.

About the Team

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
