This individual will be based in Frankfort, IL. This individual will personally service customers daily as a Relationship Banker in addition to managerial duties.

WORK HOURS:

Lobby & Drive-up Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Days off and schedule will vary according to business needs. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturday.

SUMMARY:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing and personally supporting relationship building efforts. Coach, support and evaluate efforts of retail team members. Oversee overall branch operation. Perform various customer transactions and/or bank transactions within the branch at a level of expertise. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• With every customer interaction, provide personalized service that is unsurpassed by creating a compelling customer experience; ensure the same for all retail team members.
• Support the bank by actively seeking opportunities to recommend bank products to new and existing customers 100% of the time; promote the bank through community involvement.
• Coach and inspire retail team members to achieve superior results; assist in monitoring of performance goals; celebrate individual and team success.
• Promote and monitor all training initiatives for retail personnel including monthly compliance training; evaluate performance of team members regularly and effectively document observations and discussions.
• Responsible for the operational integrity of the branch; follows all regulatory compliance, security and audit requirements; responsible for the implementation of systems, policies and procedures with regards to the Retail department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Education - High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Experience - Five (5) plus years of sales, management, banking or related experience; Extensive knowledge of retail products, policy, procedures, documentation, and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Supervisory experience, preferably in the banking industry.
• Prior experience in developing and promoting a positive team environment.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills and the willingness to be part of a team; proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Effective customer relationship building skills including ability to sell, cross-sell and refer products.
• Associates degree or higher in equivalent in business or related field.
