Overview:

We are seeking a personable, organized & experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fine dining, modern French restaurat. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.

Duties:

- Manage and lead the front-of-house team to provide outstanding customer service
- Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries
- Train and supervise staff on service standards, food handling, and POS systems
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist in event planning and execution, including banquets and special occasions

- Assist kitchen whenever needed; meet with executive chef to insure smooth coordination between BOH and FOH staff

- Insure that the dining rooms are always impeccably clean and set-up properly prior to and after service

- Distribute tips

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel and/or food service management setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in food handling procedures and knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
